Shipping & Delivery

OzPump’s chosen carriers are usually Toll Ipec, Toll Express and Toll Priority.

In general, in-stock products will be despatched 3-5 business days following receipt of payment, subject to prior sales. Please enquire for despatch times for Indeng products.

Following despatch, delivery times are 5-7 business days. Road delivery times may vary due to factors such as customer location (metro/country) and the Toll service times within a respective area. Although major metropolitan areas are often quicker, OzPump recommends that customers allow 8 business days from the date of purchase before contacting us to check on the status of their order.

All items are released to our chosen carrier in good faith. OzPump cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributed to any external cause.

Preferably a customer should ensure that an authorised representative will be present to sign for and receive delivery of any goods. If this is not possible, refer below for Authority to Leave information. Failure to comply without supplying an authority to leave to OzPump prior to despatch will result in the carriers additional re-delivery charges being billed to the customer.

Authority to Leave

As part of the checkout process, a customer will be asked to state whether they give authority to leave (ATL) items unattended at the delivery address.

By ticking the ATL box, the customer is giving permission for OzPumps’ selected freight courier to leave items at the delivery address without obtaining a signature from an authorised recipient at the time of delivery. The customer therefore agrees that without providing a proof of delivery signature to Toll Priority or TNT, or any agent thereof, that they accept full responsibility for any and all actual or potential loss or damage relating to that delivery.

If no representative is present at the time of delivery and the ATL box has not been ticked, the customer will potentially incur further charges for any additional freight cost incurred on re-delivery attempts.

International Customers

The OzPump website is formatted for shipments within Australia only. OzPump can organise shipment worldwide when individually requested. For information on international shipments and non GST pricing please contact our sales department.

Pick Up

Orders may be picked up from either of our despatch warehouses (Sydney, NSW or Perth Airport, WA) once your order has been confirmed ready for collection. Once ready, you will receive an email confirming address and your collection number.

This ensures the order will be picked, packed and available for collection. Our warehouse is open between the hours of 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

We will do our best to accommodate a requirement for an urgent pick up. Please contact OzPump if you require special pickup arrangements.

As part of the checkout process, the customer is asked to select a shipping option. If pick up is selected, the customer accepts that the goods will be held for collection at OzPump and not despatched by any other means, unless previously discussed with an OzPump team member.

If collection is to be made by an agent, or representative, wholly acting at the customer’s request, then OzPump must be notified by email at the time of order placement.

To protect your goods at pick up, the customer is requested to bring a copy of the order payment confirmation otherwise a form of identification will be required.
