Camlocks, also known as cam and groove fittings, are used where quick, convenient connection and disconnection of piping and hose is required.
Camlocks are suitable for the irrigation, pumping, hose distributors, bulk tankers, water carriers and general industrial uses.
The threads are cut according to ISO 228 standards and are suitable for mediums such as water, oil, powders, and some hydrocarbons and chemicals however you should refer to the compatibility charts.
